That's right, Camp Bread 2007, hosted by the Bread Bakers Guild of America, is taking place at the San Francisco Baking Institute May 20th through May 22nd. We are priviledged to send five members of our staff to this three day, hands on event. Here, our employees will take classes devoted to rye breads, Vienoisserie and even, building your own brick oven at home. With much anticipation, our campers are eager to learn new bread and pastry techniques, as well as meet new folks dedicated to artisan baking.
Oh, and don't forget, Mother's Day is May 13th. We will be offering our Mother's Day pastry menu Friday, May 11th through Sunday, May 13th.
