New Summer Items

If you've not visited us recently, then you must. Eventhough it's swimsuit season, there's always room for something new from Clear Flour. We've added some special breakfast treats to our pastry menu.

The gibassier, hailing from Provence, is similar to a brioche dough made of olive oil, anise seeds, orange flower water and candied orange peel. Once removed from the oven, we dip in melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Need we say more.

Donuts anyone? The currant donut is here! Baked, not fried, this treat will leave you licking your fingers in gleeful delight.
