Pierre Herme at Harvard

Yesterday we had the privilege of hosting several of Pierre Herme's pastry chefs, as they were preparing for his lecture tonight at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. It's shaping up to be a lovely event! What a treat it was for all of us at Clear Flour to work with such professionals.
