Clear Flour is honored to have recently been awarded Best Patisserie by Boston Magazine, as well as Best Pastry by The Improper Bostonian.
We are excited to report that our very own Daisy Chow has been selected to compete in the Eastern Regional Competition for a spot on the Bread Bakers Guild of America’s Team USA. The team will compete in 2008 at the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking). Held every three years in Paris, the winner of the Coupe is given the title of Champion du Monde de la Boulangerie. Team USA 2005 is the defending titleholder. The competition is comprised of three categories; Daisy will be competing in the Baguette and Specialty Breads category.
