I'll let you in on a secret: of all of the wonderful summertime treats we make here at Clear Flour, our Blueberry Clafoutis might just be my very favorite. Fresh, local blueberries are surrounded by a baked custard with ground almonds on our sable crust. Guess what? We're having it this weekend, starting Friday July 23. Get it while you can!
